We will be doing an online room signup for students' preferred hotel rooms. The signup genius will be first come, first serve - so it is best to communicate with your friends to figure out who you want to room with - and have ONE person sign up for the whole room (NOTE - you need to list both first AND last names for everyone in the group. Just first names or nicknames only will be automatically deleted and you will be assigned to different rooms than requested). 

The room configurations are as follows -
MALE ROOMS - 20 rooms of 4 people each; 3 rooms of 3 people each
FEMALE ROOMS - 19 rooms of 4 people each; 2 rooms of 3 people each

STUDENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL with their band fees in order to sign up for a room (or making consistent payments through a payment plan and communicating with Mr. DuPlessis). I just sent out reminder emails about missing payments for bookstore payments (Fee 1 and Fee 2) this morning to individual families, and Mrs. Yandell will be sending out notices for Booster Payments still owed (Fee 3, Color Guard fee)

If students sign up for a room that isn't full (i.e. - 2 kids only in a room), they will automatically be filled into other rooms where there is space. If a student does not sign up for a room, they will also be put in a room that has an opening. 

The room signups fill up fast - so I would recommend having a plan A and a plan B when you sign up (example - if you have a group of 3 and are late to the signup and those rooms are all filled up, have a plan B with a group of 4 to sign up for that configuration)
