2025 Marching Band Info Form & Agreement - Google Form, due MAY 2 at the latest.
Band Camp BBQ Order Form for families - (due May 23)
Payment 1 ($400) due May 2; Payment #2 ($300) due June 6. (new members can “sign in as guest” if donating online). Both these payments are eligible for Tax Credit donations and can be paid online or at the CdS Bookstore. Checks can also be mailed to: CDS Band, 1001 E. Knox Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284 (if donating as Tax Credit - make sure to include a printed tax credit flyer!)
We encourage all families to reach out to family, friends, neighbors, alumni, and local business owners to help collect tax credit donations for your student’s fees for Payment 1 & 2! Spring Training Dates (Flyer) - required rehearsal schedules
Medical Paperwork - pick AZ as state, Corona del Sol as school. Login to existing account or create a new account. NEW 2025 Medical Forms will be available to download/fill out after March 1. ALL MEDICAL PAPERWORK IS DUE JUNE 1 through the online portal.
Band Council Application Process and Information:
ABODA Visual Summit - required for Section Leader applicants (except Pit) - May 3 at Desert Vista HS (8 am - 1:30 pm)
AZ Leadership Camp, hosted at Corona del Sol HS (required for ALL members selected for Band Council) - June 5-7
